At FD Fittings Kenya we aim for complete customer satisfaction and practical issue resolution.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused items in original condition and packaging. Non-returnable items include used/installed goods unless defective.
How to Return an Item
Contact us via WhatsApp +254 724 741464 with order number, issue details and photos. We will guide you on return steps and approval.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method: M-Pesa typically 1-3 business days, bank transfer typically 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
Where possible we exchange for the correct size/spec. Price differences are either topped up or refunded.
Wrong or Damaged Item
Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We arrange replacement or refund based on verification.
Return Shipping
If the error is ours (wrong/defective item), return shipping is covered by us. For change-of-mind returns, customer bears return shipping.
